3. Information published on the website
Information published on this website is provided for general, informational and commercial purposes. It describes plans, sizes, features and additional services that may vary according to the country, location, operational capacity and availability.
Website content does not by itself constitute a reservation, an irrevocable contractual offer, a guarantee of availability or automatic acceptance of a customer.
Features identified as “Coming soon” are not yet available for public use or contracting.
4. Requests and enquiries
Submitting a form, selecting a plan or communicating with SafeBox constitutes a request for information only.
A contractual relationship will begin only after the required checks have been completed, availability has been confirmed, the applicable agreement has been accepted and, where relevant, the requested payment has been made.
5. Prices, taxes and availability
Prices displayed on the website may be changed before contracting. Customers will receive information about applicable taxes, transport charges, forwarding costs, additional storage and other relevant fees before assuming a payment obligation.
Plans, sizes, locations and additional services are subject to availability. Publication of a service does not guarantee that it can be provided immediately in every location.
6. Specific service agreement
Use of any SafeBox space or related service will be subject to a separate agreement defining, among other matters, duration, payments, access, identification, permitted items, restrictions, insurance, collection, incidents and termination.
If there is any inconsistency between this website and the specific agreement signed by the customer, the specific agreement will prevail, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
7. Permitted use of the website
Users agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly, provide accurate information and not interfere with the security, availability or operation of the website.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or infrastructure connected with the website is prohibited.
8. Prohibited or restricted items
Items whose possession, transport or storage is illegal, dangerous or contrary to the applicable agreement may not be deposited, sent or handled.
Prohibited items may include weapons, explosives, flammable or toxic substances, illegal drugs, perishable goods, living beings, waste, stolen goods, cash where not permitted and any item capable of causing damage, odours, contamination or risks to people or property.
The final list and applicable conditions will be established in the specific service agreement.
9. Scanning, forwarding and collection
Scanning, forwarding, delivery or preparation for collection will be carried out only where the service is included or has been requested and accepted under the applicable conditions.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate instructions and addresses. Delivery times of postal operators, carriers and other third parties are not exclusively controlled by SafeBox.
Once a physical item has been delivered to the customer, collected or handed to a carrier, certain later services, such as scanning the original item, may no longer be possible.
10. Customer responsibilities
Customers must keep their contact details up to date, protect their access credentials and means of access, comply with identification and security instructions and report any incident without delay.
Customers are responsible for the legality of items and correspondence connected with their service and for the accuracy of the instructions they provide.
11. Intellectual and industrial property
The design, code, texts, images, graphics, logos and other content are owned by Orientix Trade OÜ, used under licence or owned by their respective rights holders.
They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.
12. Third-party services
The website and services may use external providers for forms, hosting, email, storage, messaging, maps, payments, transport or other infrastructure.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, availability and policies. SafeBox does not control the independent systems of those providers.
13. Availability and changes
Orientix Trade OÜ takes reasonable measures to keep the website available and up to date, but does not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Website content, design, features and advertised services may be changed, suspended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
14. Liability
Information on this website does not replace professional advice or the terms of the agreement applicable to a specific service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orientix Trade OÜ will not be liable for indirect losses caused exclusively by temporary inability to access this informational website.
Liability relating to services actually contracted will be governed by the relevant agreement and applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Privacy and data protection
Personal data submitted through the website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the law applicable to the operator and to the specific relationship with the user.
Where the user is a consumer, the user will retain the mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights granted by the law of the user's country of residence and applicable European legislation.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties will seek in good faith to resolve any disagreement through direct communication.
