1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files or identifiers that a website may store on a visitor's device. They may be used to enable essential functions, maintain sessions, remember preferences or support third-party technical services.
2. Technologies currently used
The SafeBox website currently uses technologies necessary for its operation, security, language selection, authentication and contact form submission.
SafeBox does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking technologies or behavioural profiling systems for commercial purposes.
Account and authentication features are currently under development and are publicly identified as coming soon. However, technical access routes may use session cookies during testing and authorised operation of the portal.

3. Third-party providers and services
The website uses technical providers for hosting, infrastructure, security, authentication and form processing.
Language selection is managed through next-intl, which may use a session cookie to remember the visitor's preference.
Authentication features use Supabase. When a user signs in, Supabase may use necessary cookies to create, maintain and refresh the session.
The contact form uses Formspree. When the form is submitted, the information entered and certain technical information required to process the submission, prevent abuse and deliver the enquiry are transmitted.
Personal data processed through these providers is described in greater detail in the Privacy Policy.
4. Consent
Cookies and technologies strictly necessary for operation, security, language selection and authentication may be used without optional consent where permitted by applicable law.
If SafeBox activates analytics, advertising or any other optional technologies requiring consent in the future, those technologies will not be enabled before visitors can accept or reject their use.
Where legally required, options to accept and reject optional technologies will be presented with equivalent prominence.
5. Managing and deleting cookies
Visitors can review, block or delete cookies through their browser settings.
Deleting language cookies may cause the website to select the language again according to the browser settings.
Deleting or blocking authentication cookies may sign the user out or prevent access to the portal.
Blocking essential technical technologies may affect the operation of certain parts of the website.
6. Changes to this policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated when website features, technical providers or legal requirements change.
If analytics tools, advertising technologies, maps, videos, payments or other optional technologies are introduced, this policy and, where applicable, the consent system will be updated before public activation.
